The Foundation hopes to relieve selected families of the significant monthly obligation of a mortgage or lease payment, thus alleviating anxiety and helping the family regroup and prepare for the future. Whether this financial benefit allows families to dedicate time and resources to an in-depth job search or allows them to get caught up on medical expenses, getting back on their feet becomes more feasible with the support offered through the Foundation.

Aside from rent and utility assistance programs, there are many other ways to solve financial burdens. Mint.com put together a very helpful article detailing some tactics to consider as you work through the coronavirus health crisis.
If approved, residents can receive up to 3 full or partial consecutive monthly rent payments within a 12-month leasing period. Residents will be informed of the amount and the date at which rent payments will begin on their behalf. Relevium Foundation was founded by members of the single-family rental Industry who have experience managing thousands of homes across the country and understand the hardships faced by renters. Their mission is to provide temporary relief by removing some of the financial barriers that are preventing individuals from building a better future for themselves and their families.
Modest Needs offers grants designed to promote the self-sufficiency of individuals and families who, because they are working and live just above the poverty level, are ineligible for most types of conventional social assistance but who, all the same, are living one or two lost paychecks away from the kind of financial catastrophe that eventually leads to homelessness.

Credit Karma
Credit Karma published a helpful post on how to get your $1,200 stimulus check from the federal government. For couples, the relief rebate could be as much as $2,400. Parents with children 17 or under can also qualify for an additional $500 per child.
