How to qualify
As an applicant, you must have:
A household gross income of three times the monthly rent
A favorable credit history
No open bankruptcies
No previous evictions or unpaid rent
No felony convictions within the last six years
Documents to apply
You'll need to provide pdfs of:
Valid US government-issued photo identification
Social Security number or card
Proof of income
Deposit and move-in charges
We'll need:
An application fee
A security deposit of at least 1 month’s rent
Pro-rated rent, depending on when your lease starts
