Earning points on rent is easy.
Follow these simple instructions to get started earning points on every rent payment. For more in-depth support, please contact Bilt Rewards.
How to set up your account:
Note: Make sure the email and phone number you provide are valid as they are needed for login and 2-factor authentication (2FA).
Go to Biltrewards.com and click "Sign up/ Log in"
Type in your email and create a password.
Add or confirm your personal information
Choose how you'll earn points (option A or B)
Create an account with the Bilt Mastercard®, (this is a credit card application)
Create an account without the Bilt Mastercard
Enter the 5-digit code sent to your phone number to verify your account
If you're having trouble creating an account, please contact support through either the Bilt Rewards mobile app or website.
How to make a payment
It's easy to pay your rent online and earn rewards.
Go to Biltrewards.com and click "Log in"
On the Pay Rent tab in Bilt, click “Pay full balance”
Under Payment Method, select your preferred payment method and review the payment details.
When you're ready to submit your payment, click "Pay." A confirmation message will pop up.
How to set up autopay
Using the Bilt Rewards app or website:
Select the "Pay Rent" tab
Tap "Set up autopay" (if you're using our website, click "Autopay for Rent")
Confirm your autopay setup, then tap or click "Next"
To turn off autopay for rent:
On the "Pay Rent" tab, tap or click "Autopay settings"
Tap or click "Turn off recurring payments"
